Smoothie healthy food
Enjoy a healthy and delicious smoothie which will satisfy all your daily needs for vitamins and minerals.
- Three kiwis
- One banana
- Two cups of baby spinach
- Oatmeal(50 grams)
- A cup of milk of your choice(preferably almond or coconut)
- Greek yoghurt (250 grams)
First put milk, oatmeal and spinach in a blender and mix well until you get a uniform mass. Then add Greek yoghurt and fruit and mix until the mass becomes compact. Drink immediately your smoothie healthy food so that nutrients are lost due to standing.
Forest fruits smoothie healthy food
1.cup/240 ml milk
1.cup/170 gram blueberries
1.cup/170 gram frozen raspberries
1,5 cup/255 gram strawberries
Blend all the ingredients together in the blender and blend until smoothie. If you want it a bit more liquid, you can add some water. Top it with blueberries or any other kind of berries.
