Every summer a lot of people suffer from swollen feet. Here I will write some homemade tips so that can help you feel light in your legs again.

1.Cabbage

Personally recommend cabbage for use. You can the first beat a few leaves well with a meat grinder to release the juice. Wrap them in cloth and put in the freezer but don’t freeze them because you won’t are able to use them frozen. So just refrigerate. Put cabbage leaves on your feet overnight and by morning the swelling will disappear.

2.Sea salt
Put half a pinch of sea salt and water and soak your feet in this liquid and hold them for 10 to 15 minutes. You will feel instant relief. And you can use this bath every night before going to bed.

Make a tea from dried primrose leaves and drink two to three cups every day. Dandelion is also rich in antioxidants and great for whole body so use it as much you can. Also, there is parsley. It is a natural diuretic and will help the body get rid of excess fluid.

7.Swimming

When you are swimming the pressure of the water starts the circulation in the legs and it relieves it a little from the effect of gravity. The sea is a better alternative than the pool but due to the presence of the above-mentioned magnesium in it. In the absence of that condition, swimming in the pool is a good option.
